Nekaya Carter is the Founder and Executive Director of 2.18 Vision, a Long Beach–based nonprofit empowering women and youth to heal, grow, and lead after loss. Inspired by her own journey through grief, she created 2.18 Vision to provide safe spaces for connection, mentorship, and empowerment through programs like Grief Gatherings, Women Elevating Women, and Daughters Connect.
