The Art of Bloom: Jivamukti Open Level Yoga

Whether you’re a beginner, deciphering the difference between various poses, or an advanced yogi who can put both feet behind their head, the Jivamukti Open class welcomes practitioners of all levels. Students work at a guided pace, following the teacher’s verbal as well as hands-on guidance. Asana options will be provided for beginners, intermediate, and advanced students. The teacher focuses on keeping the pace and does not stop to give spiritual discourses. Since the asana sequence is always the same, a student will pick it up quite quickly after only a couple of classes. This class will be conducted within the main exhibit of The Art of Bloom experience, allowing participants to immerse into the room of flowers and aromatics, awakening all senses within this unique meditative space. *We are giving a special 20% discount to Long Beach residents.
