The Long Beach Branch NAACP is pleased to announce the 2017 38th Founder’s Gala Celebration Dinner. The president’s reception and silent auction will be held from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. The program and dinner will begin at 6:50 pm. The Gala Celebration Dinner is dedicated to the late Ernie Kell, former mayor of Long Beach. Cora Bryant, renowned jazz trumpeter, will perform at the event.
