For nearly 50 years, CSULB's Shark Lab has deepened the world's understanding of the great white shark.  It's cutting-edge research, which has been published in countless journals and featured on national television, plays a significant role in educating people about the true nature of sharks.

With a long history in innovative research, Dr. Chris Lowe and his Shark Lab students use acoustic and satellite telemetry techniques to study the movement, behavior, and physiology of sharks.

The Ukleja Center for Ethical Leadership will present its 2016 Nell and John Wooden Ethics in Leadership Award to the Shark Lab at the event.  Please join us!
