Fusion—A Collaboration of Dance, Live Orchestra and Chorus, features three premieres by faculty choreographers Rebecca Bryant, Rebecca Lemme, Julio Medina, and Andrew Vaca and Gloria by guest choreographer Mark Morris, performed in collaboration with the Bob Cole Conservatory Symphony and CSULB Chamber Choir. Gloria, by internationally renowned choreographer Mark Morris transports the viewer into a world of the ineffable through Morris’ brilliance for movement invention, described by the Washington Post as “a swell of music and euphoria.” Gloria is performed live by the Bob Cole Conservatory Symphony under the direction of Johannes Müller Stosch and the CSULB Chamber Choir led by Jonathan Talberg.
