Distinguished Citizen Dinner

The Long Beach Boy Scouts will recognize Long Beach Mayor Robert Garcia with the Good Scout of the Year Award at the 2016 Distinguished Citizen Dinner. The DCD recognizes community leaders who exemplify the Scout Oath and Law in their everyday lives, in their workplace, and in their spheres of influence.
